These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
